Short Production Process

Harvesting

Only fully ripe coffee cherries are selectively handpicked to ensure optimal flavor and quality.

Pulping

The outer skin is removed, while the mucilage (fruit layer) is intentionally left on the beans to support the honey processing method.

Drying

Beans are sun-dried or shade-dried depending on the chosen honey process variation (typically 8–30 days), allowing natural sugars to enhance the flavor profile.

Storage

Once the ideal moisture content is reached, the beans are carefully stored before undergoing hulling and packaging.

Additional Notes

No live insects, moldy odors, or signs of spoilage are present in the green beans — ensuring clean, export-ready quality.
